Good value of money and Great location. Touristic locations are on walkable distance from this property.
It is nothing but beautiful in the area surrounding the hostel. I felt safe walking around at night and enjoyed the beautiful sites to see.

No air conditioning so the room was hot. The toilets did not flush well, required multiple flushes and sometimes mere toilet paper would not go down. Actual key locks required to lock and unlock the door going in and out. Having to use a key to unlock the door to get out of the room left me with safety and expediency concerns. The "kitchen" only had a microwave and water kettle. Had to take the kettle to the desk to fill, and one staff made me go upstairs to the bathroom to fill it myself. Had to go to the desk to ask for mugs and utensils.
It was clean. Staff were friendly. Price was affordable.
It is a hostel so the expectations were not high. The staff is very nice and helpful, but the building and the rooms are very worn down. Had much better hostels for similar prices somewhere else.
No breakfast provided, other Hi Hostels provide a breakfast.
Cups and plates should be provided beside the microwave and electric jug provided.
No Kitchen for those wishing to cook and no cups and plates provided.
One key per dorm does not work, people leave the room either unlocked or door wide open.
Electricity cord on corridor floor upstairs a health and safety hazard.
Dirty bedroom floors.
Needs more hanging facilities or shelves in showers / bathrooms.
A good location.
This hi hostel does not measure up to other hi hostels in Europe I have visited.
Great location, central to bus and train stations as well as tourist attractions. Showers were fine but you had to hold the shower head, the toilets clog every single time you use them. Only a kettle, fridge and microwave no sink.
Great position in walking distance to main train station and main square. Private room was ok, bedding didn’t seem to be changed, but other then that good value for the price.
Arrived booked in early . Was able to park my car around the back ideal staff . Room comfy enough be 1 key rule odd if your last out leave key at reception. Bed alright , as we're showers . Downside to all , I very much needed a good sleep after A13 hour drive , sadly they decided to do road works outside at 12at night till 3am ISH closing widow did nothing , would expect staff to call police for noise disturbance. Got like 2 hours sleep , place ok , but with road works at that hour , not tenable for sleeping

Very convenient location and superb staff. However, my room was very outdated and seriously in need of renovation, and the lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable in the summer.

The room was so hot. No air conditioning. One fan for the whole room that barely worked and only one person got to use it. I could not sleep because I was dripping sweat the whole night. I almost had heat exhaustion.

I would not recommend staying at this hostel. The staff is extremely rude and not friendly. The place itself is dirty and not well maintained. The only good thing is that it is very well located close to downtown.
I read some of the reviews of this hostel and i got scared! I had been taking night busses and hadn't slept in a bed in a while, so when i got here i asked to change my reservation to a private room w shared bathroom vs dorm. The person working had to check since i'd reserved through Expedia. She asked me to wait for up to an hour, but was able to resolve it in a few minutes. i had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly. There is no AC in the rooms so please make your choice with this in mind! I live somewhere super hot and don't have AC at home, so i did not mind. It's an old building, like so.many beautiful buildings around. The guests were all nice but they come and go. There was construction outside like others mentioned, which i doubt the hostel is orchestrating. Luckily i was here saturday to sunday, and the work doesn't take place on Sundays. But if so i would have put my headphones on. It was comfortable and clean, good bathrooms.
The hostel is very old and the room smelled really bad. The beds were unconfortable and the bathroom old, pestilential and dirty. We can't use the shower because of this. But the worst thing was the personal of the hostel, very unfriendly. We aren't going to repeat and we don't recommend it to anyone.
