I had requested a high floor and a good view and I got it. The room was modern and comfortable with a great bathroom and bathtub. Breakfast and half board were both very good and included in the price. Good value for money.

A beautiful room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast excellent. Close to trams so being away from the city center was not a problem - also an easy walk to Center. We walked from the bus terminal with our bags no problem - nice foot paths all the way. No cooling on air conditioning at in October but a big window can open to let fresh air into the room. Fresh paint and decor. Perfect.

First class hotel! Highly recommended!

The nicest hotel property and best breakfast during our three-week trip to Eastern Europe. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (thanks to our hotels.com status). Large and lovely. Super nice! Breakfast was incredible! The largest and most extensive offering of breakfast food that we have ever seen at any hotel. WOW! The server, Ana, was attentive and charming. All the staff was polite and helpful. The location is a little bit of a hike to the city center and sites, but the bus and tram stops are close by.

A little outside the main touristy area but still walkable - 15 to 20 minutes to main square - hotel is very clean and quiet. Stayed there twice within 2 weeks and were very pleased with both stays. They even provided a nice box lunch at no charge when we checked out at 4AM to catch our flight. If we are ever in Zagreb again we will be back

So much good but no AC

Loved so much here,- bed, foam roll, shower, location, room phones, traditional coat hangers to dry clothes, space to unpack, big window that opened, easy TV to find news in English. The front desk staff went to great lengths to help always. Huge issue was no temperature control. It was still 80F degrees everyday. They'd turned off the air conditioning for the entire building for the season.They did provide a fan. I needed to keep the window open all nite which meant no sound proofing. They advertise having air conditioning and heating, but may not depending on the time of year. Each room should have temperature control for truth in advertising.
