Great location, clean and attractive staff.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location is great, with restaurants and shops close by plus it is within walking distance of the Old Town. Hotel is clean, well kept with an attentive staff, and offers a wonderful and diverse breakfast.

I found the management team to be rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel; the only one to greet us was the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor. My roots come from Croatia, and I was very disappointed; the breakfast was very expensive for what was on the buffet menu.

Excellent hotel, highlight was the gym and sauna / spa. Highly recommend this for both business and leisure trips. Ideally situated for exploring the centre as well

Good central location in Zagreb with nice modern rooms and good facilities. Check in was slow and I wanted to pay with cash on arrival which I was told I couldn’t and that I had to give a card to hold the room then I paid with cash on check out when I would have preferred not to have had that cash in my room for my stay,didn’t make sense and reception staff not too friendly.
