不滿：整潔度
Where to begin, first this was advertised in a location that my friends and I were comfortable with and we found out it was no where near where they claimed to be. Second, it is advertised as non smoking and it smelled like an ash tray which caused all four travelers to have headaches by morning. 3rd, it was in a location where we, for the first time since arriving in Croatia 10 days prior, felt unsafe. 4th, the location had no elevator making it difficult to get luggage up multiple flights of stairs. 5th, the lights in the stairway turned off quickly and we had no idea as we went up the stairs how to turn them back on. One friend tripped up the stairs multiple times as the lights went out on us. 6th, The internet password didn’t work and had us in a frenzy because we were traveling internationally and had used up all our data so our internet speed was reminiscent of the late 90’s. They did rectify that by giving us a new password, but it was frustrating. Also the numbers they gave us to contact them (including their emergency number) were not reliable numbers so our only contact was through the Expedia app which requires internet…see reference to the speed above. Reason 2,303 the beds were super uncomfortable….Overall I would say don’t stay here if any of those things may bother you.
