“The hotel itself was decent, but there were several issues that affected our stay. First, it was not communicated that the onsite parking closes at 4:00 PM. As a result, we had to park in the lot next door and pay an additional €10. While the cost was not excessive, I wish parking had been included in the stay or that the parking restrictions had been clearly communicated before arrival. Second, the room was not as clean as advertised. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, especially……

“We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!”

“Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. Thankfully the other staff who turned up were kind, helping me to retrieve the key. The room, though clean and with a nice bed, was like an oven, and the hotel was more like……
