We loved this hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the sauna was very nice. We loved that this was so close to the bus station and the local bus to go to the mountains or thermal baths. We will definitely stay here again. Amazing hotel!

This has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The goose down comforter was divine and the pillows were so supportive. I had the best sleep this night in almost three weeks traveling in Europe. I enjoyed a very nice dinner in house that evening and was able to walk the neighborhood the next morning to see the town. Barbara at check-in was super helpful and very nice, as I booked the hotel last minute coming from nearby Thermal baths.

Nice hotel

No issues at the hotel. Friendly receptionist and nice hotel! The spa area was nice and clean. Also it’s a 5min walk from main train station and close to shops.

Beautiful, old world charm, comfortable and cosy stay. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ate all our meals there or ordered room service. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. 12 out of 10 amazing stay and will stay again if we’re ever in Zakopane!

The amenities beyond surpassed expectations. There is so much included in this stay, multiple saunas, ice bath, large pool, jacuzzi. All included. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were close to everything and on a very peaceful street. It is a very easy, convenient walk from the bus station. Close to food, snack shop, a beautiful park. Everyone was ice and helpful. So much included for the price. We would absolutely stay here again!

The building is beautiful, the staff are nice. The food is good. However, the rooms are aged, tattered, and poor condition. Lightbulbs are out in the room and in the halls, the Jacuzzi has mildew. No AC, the rooms are uncomfortably hot in the summertime. The price does not match the quality.

A convenient, comfortable and historic hotel, also very quiet once I moved room away from the front of the building. The receptionist, Dorota, was particularly understanding and helpful in enabling me to do this.

Pity

The room is without an AC, we had to leave windows open and the noise of the cars is terrible, the shower is dangerously slippery, to charge your mobile with the USB you need to leave the lampshade on and one of the windows had no blackout, at 5am you had sun in your room. Customer service very rigid. On a positive the Spa is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent .

Incredible people from the warm welcome of Dalota, the amazing service of Ivonka in the restaurant, her son at the front desk, the great massage by Patricia and the wonderful angels cleaning my room!!! I little Eden in the town. Really enjoyed our week stay here, amazing restaurant with friendly staff. Also great cocktails. The kids loved the swimming pool, which has windows and access to gardens with a cool play area. Lots of hotel features and a pleasant place to stay. The spa is nice, my partner being impressed by her massage. Good location, close to bus and train station and has parking. Food is great here, I think we had everything of the menu. Only issue we had was no aircon so can be noisy in some rooms when windows open during festivals, staff we great and moved us to a bigger and quieter room. Would go back! Thanks staff!

I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!

Hotel was fine. You can tell it was once grand, but it’s starting to show age. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, but pillows were worse (you could get different ones but had to pay for them). Front desk staff was unfriendly and rude. Bartenders were amazing. Morning breakfast had lots of variety and options and was decent. Hotel is starting to wear out overall. No AC made it impossible to be in the room during the day. Entry to rooms are disasterous keys. You can hear everything through the walls. It was nice that each room has balconies… but they were shared with other people making it also difficult to cool the room off at night. The area is fine. It’s a bit of a walk to Krupowski street. Not a lot of good options directly by the hotel but the hotel food was awesome. Overall, though, Zakopane as a city was… lacking. It’s a giant carnival and that took away the allure.
