We booked a deluxe mountain view room, it was clean spacious with a good view. The balcony was nice for sitting on. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful but we did not really see anyone else. Breakfast was good, with a range of foods to choose from. The property is a good walk from the station and the main town along the side of a busy main road.

I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem.

The staff was helpful. It was a relief that the person at reception could help us get a cab since we had trouble communicating. It was a clean room with a nice breakfast. And a fabulous view! It's a bit difficult getting around in Zacopane. A lot of traffic and the buses were difficult. Not pleasant to walk next to the road. That being said done sort of shuttle bus would be convenient. Shuttle to the pedestrian street, shuttle to the funicular and shuttle to the bus/train station. Alternatively, a little cafe or store in the hotel could be helpful. Also maybe some tourist ingo in English.

Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!

Amazing place!

The place is very close to town centre. Amazing views from the room. Excellent service and great choice of breakfast. Rooms were tidy and perfectly clean. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone! The weather has changed in literally few hours, however the mountain view was amazing as well as the snow the following day.

The hotel was beautiful and the view was amazing! The lady on reception when we arrived was so friendly and helpful. The other lady seemed annoyed by me but was nice enough. Market and town within 10-15min walk. Plenty of skiing.

Great location for the nearby slopes and only a short walk into the main town area. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable, with good showers - plenty of hot water! Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of cheeses, cold and warm meats and eggs on offer, but different to a UK breakfast - plenty of options but not cereal/cold milk, toast or fresh fruits if that is what you are looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful.
