Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite, carine, forse una rinnovata ai bagni (docce, sanitari) non sarebbe male; buffet discretamente buono, da italiana non posso considerarlo ottimo, però ci si adatta, alla fine pollo e verdure non mancano mai.

Staff were amazing, so kinda and helpful. Pool was clean and always tidy. Food was great, we had a lot of Greece food like salads and classic dishes. Will be going back the bar staff were honestly the best so chatty and kind.

Camera sempre pulita con cambio asciugamani più volte nella settimana. Pulizia area piscina quotidiana. Veramente buona la cucina , a buffet e la carne viene cucinata veramente bene. Open bar tutto il giorno: bevande , cocktail, vino , birra tutto incluso. La struttura non è vicino al mare , 20 minuti a piedi , non c’è il servizio navetta ma tutto sommato si sta in una zona tranquilla e se non si affitta l auto, il costo dei taxi è veramente basso .

Het personeel van de receptie zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Op mijn 1e dag had mijn vlucht 2,5u vertraging en kwam hierdoor later aan (18:00). Bij aankomst bleek mijn kamer nog niet klaar te zijn en moest ik 2u wachten op mijn kamer. Ondertussen mocht ik al iets eten van het buffet, maar dit zag er niet heel smakelijk uit. Ik heb iets kleins gegeten wat wel oke was. Eenmaal in de kamer bleek mijn airco kapot te zijn, water om te douchen werd na 2 minuten helemaal bruin en ik had geen douchegordijn, dus keek naar een grote spiegel. Nieuwe kamer gekregen en ook hier is de airco kapot. Tussen 21 en 22 had ik eindelijk een nieuwe kamer, deze zag er wel oke uit. De airco deed het redelijk, gaf vaak een storing aan. Moet dan de stekker er in en uit stoppen, zodat deze weer gaat werken. Er zat super veel schimmel onder de wasbak. De douche werkt oke, kleine straal en als je gaat douchen is daarna heel de vloer zeiknat. Nogmaals het buffet, bij bij het ontbijt zijn de broodjes erg droog en ziet er niet smakelijk uit. Feta is erg droog en smaakt niet lekker. Het drinken bij de bar staat de hele dag op de bar en niet gekoeld. Je krijgt er alleen ijsklontjes in. Zwembad is prima, lak moet vervangen worden. Verder niks te klagen over dat. Het stadje met strand is minimaal op 35 minuten loopafstand van het hotel. En ik raad je aan om lekker een hotel beneden te pakken. Al met al heb ik hier mijn geld aan verspilt en raad ik je af om hier naartoe te gaan.

Camera abbastanza pulita, poco spaziosa con lavabo piccolissimo. Letto comodo ma cuscino troppo sottile anche se richiedendo un cuscino aggiuntivo , lo hanno portato subito. Varietà del cibo a buffet accettabile ma api morte dentro ai vassoi del cibo, e personale che non si curava di questo (forse per loro è normale). Personale cortese, zona di campagna ma comoda per la tranquillità.

We didn’t like the food or the beverages it was the cheap stuff. The rooms were not like they were pictured on the website or Expedia. No towels for the pool. Rooms were partially furnished. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The bathrooms were small and so were the showers. Overall was a terrible experience. We travel a great deal and we are not people who expect to find home when we leave home but this was terrible by all means.

The pool area and sunshine were lovely however the room was in very poor condition. The air conditioning worked well but the room and shower were grubby. The hotel staff spent a lot of time cleaning the communal areas . The all inclusive was very poor. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with absolutely nothing else in between….. no snacks or ice cream etc…. The food was cold and identical for every single meal. Drink options were very limited ….. good job we liked cocktails ! Very disappointing. Everything was in plastic cups and wooden cutlery 😞

Esperienza assolutamente pessima, una delle peggiori che abbia mai avuto. Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla, ma alle 19:00 del giorno del check-in abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio in cui ci veniva comunicato che la struttura non era in grado di ospitarci e che saremmo state trasferite in un altro hotel per la notte. Dopo aver trascorso la notte altrove, la mattina successiva abbiamo dovuto rifare tutte le valigie e passare l’intera giornata fuori, aspettando le 15:00 per poter finalmente effettuare il check-in presso la struttura che avevamo originariamente prenotato. Una volta arrivate, oltre all’atteggiamento arrogante e poco professionale della receptionist, ci è stato comunicato che nemmeno quel giorno avrebbero potuto ospitarci nella camera prenotata. Eravamo in tre (mia madre, mia sorella e io) e ci è stato proposto di sistemarci in due camere doppie separate. Se prenoto una camera tripla, mi aspetto di ricevere una camera tripla, non di dover accettare soluzioni improvvisate e scomode. Come se non bastasse, ci è stato anche detto che questa sistemazione sarebbe stata solo temporanea e che avremmo dovuto cambiare nuovamente camera il giorno successivo. Le camere, inoltre, erano piccole e in condizioni igieniche pessime. Ho anche dei video che mostrano un bagno sporco, trascurato e pieno di calcare, ma questo è solo la punta dell’iceberg. L’unico aspetto positivo è che la struttura, esternamente, è abbastanza carina. Per il resto, il cibo è di qualità molto scarsa e i

Hotel muy descuidado

La televisión no funcionaba,solo un par de canales en griego Los armarios no tenían puertas ni cajones, La mesilla de noche del lado derecho no había y la del lado izquierdo no tenía cajones En 5 días nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas . No había carteles de “no molestar” y el servicio entraba a tu habitación sin preguntar y no sabemos por qué pero siempre dejaban la puerta de la terraza abierta,con posibilidad de que el de la habitación de alado entre. El desayuno es muy pobre sin tostadora y la máquina de café era muy mala. En la habitación no había absolutamente nada como agua o un teléfono para llamar a recepción etc El agua de la ducha salía caliente a ratos.. Un sitio al que no pensamos volver

Le point positif: l'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine, la plupart des chambres des étages supérieurs donnent sur la mer. Les points négatifs: les logements sont petits, vétustes et les salles de douche ont besoin de gros travaux. Les chambres donnant sur la cour et la piscine sont plus calmes, celles du côté opposé bruyantes avec une forte odeur désagréable. Pas de plage à la proximité. Quant aux petits-déjeuners, les produits sont bon marché, pas de fruits proposés, peu de légumes, le jus type concentré avec beaucoup de sucre. Dommage.
