A totally adequate all inclusive, food was just okay however the property is kept nice and clean and in good condition. No hot tub and pool isn’t heated, drinks were decent and easy to get. Good location for convenience

Die Hotelanlage ist äußerst gepflegt und überzeugt durch ihre schöne Gestaltung sowie die hervorragende Lage – nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Nähe zum Meer lädt zu spontanen Spaziergängen und entspannten Stunden am Wasser ein. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die eher engen Räumlichkeiten, in denen die Mahlzeiten serviert werden. Gerade zu Stoßzeiten kann es dort etwas gedrängt wirken. Dennoch lohnt sich der Besuch: Das Essen ist ausgesprochen lecker und wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet – ein kulinarischer Genuss, der den begrenzten Platz schnell vergessen lässt. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für alle, die Wert auf Strandnähe, gepflegte Umgebung und gutes Essen legen.

Wir waren 10 Tag in diesem Hotel und haben folgende Erfahrungen gemacht. Personal sehr unfreundlich, unmotiviert und bei manchen Fällen waren sie sehr frech und laut. Zimmer: Waren gut, aber es wurde sehr schlecht geputzt. Handtücher wie auch WC-Papier wurde oftmlas vergessen zu wechseln. Wenn mann den Putzfrauen freundliche angeboten hat, dass man das Zimmer später augeräumt haben möchte,kammen immer sehr unfreundliche Sprüche zurück oder fingen an zu diskutieren, ob wir im Dreck leben möchten….. und eine albanische Putzfrau erwähnte das sie danach nachhause geht und das sie das nicht mehr putzen wird …..sehr unprofesionell. Beim Empfang hat man nur einen Koffer genommen und wir hatten 4 dabei. Es wurde keine Hilfe mehr angeboten und wir zwei Damen mussten Sie selber tragen bei den Stufen Essen/ All inclusive: Essen war sehr schlecht, nicht gesalzen manchmal auch sehr trocken, es gab immer fast das selbe wie auch mittags . Getränke waren sehr starck mit Wasser vermischt wie auch bei den Alkholischen Getränke die man fast kaum trinken konnte. Sehr schade , da die Lager sehr toll ist und das Hotel eigentlich einen sehr gute Einrichtung hat. Sonst ist Laganas sehr schön hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, süsse Restaurants und auch ein kleines Nachtleben für junge Leute.

Fijn hotel en service gericht

Wij zaten in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Super nette kamer met een heel fijn zwembad nagenoeg aan het terras van de kamer. All inclusive is prima voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Drinken is basic, je kunt ook standaard cocktail bestellen. Tegen een kleine betaling zijn merk cocktails ook te bestellen. Als je van salades houdt is het heel goed. Receptie was servicegericht. We hebben 6 topdagen gehad.

Hotel of 2 halves

The Hotel was immaculate and looked as if it had been recently renovated. The rooms I would give 10/10 as they were very modern, comfortable and had excellent amenities. The only negative which was major for us was the food & drink. The main restaurant was buffet style and was repetitive each day. The drinks of beer & wine that you had to pour yourself. Breakfast was all precooked with no option of omelettes etc and juice you had to pour yourself from the machine.There was also a snack bar with 5 options each day, a pre cooked hotdog, toastie, pot of Greek salad or a pot of jelly. We ate out most nights apart from the first night.

Great place for an all inclusive stay. Close enough to walk to the main laganas strip but still far enough away to avoid the noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Buffet food was better than I expected. A great range of healthy salads, pasta, stews, breads, dessert. Every lunch time and dinner there was a chicken, pork, and seafood option. Breakfast was also good with a mix of fruits, yogurt, pastry, and cooked items. There are multiple pools and enough space to spread out. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away as well.

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines au seins de cette établissement. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté de l’hôtel , de la piscine , des chambres. Le personnel est le point fort de cet hôtel, toujours agréable , toujours à vouloir rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible . En résumé c’est une super hôtel , la nourriture y est très bonne pour un all inclusive. Si je doit retourner à zakynthos je reviendrai dans cet hôtel avec plaisirs.

Do NOT stay here. Their website and all booking sites say there's WIFI in the hotel and there's NOT. It's impossible to connect wifi from your room, you have to go to the Common areas. Beverages are watered down, wine tastes like old grape juice, and juices are horrible. Worst food we have ever ate, pasta is hard, they put the chicken from the day before, no taste to it. Absolutely bland, CHEAPEST food. They have cold and old hot dogs for lunch. We had to eat our every single day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, even the water has a strange aftertaste. Please DO NOT stay here especially if You're used to hotels/ resorts in America. My husband and I feel like we need a vacation from our "GREEK VACATION". Just counting the days to go back home.
