“The apartment itself is great —clean, beautifully furnished, and ideally located right by the Slovenian border for further exploring. Plus, the price is very fair and the complimentary breakfast treat basket was a wonderful energy boost in the morning! However, the check-in process was a bit of a thriller. At 3pm (official check in time) I still hadn’t received any check-in details. Communication through the Hotels.com app failed, so I had to call the host directly. That’s when I found out about……

“Der Aufenthalt war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Schönes sauberes Zimmer, nette Gastgeber, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen und uns hilfreich zur Seite standen. Leider hat uns FEWO direkt im Vorfeld schon eine Gebühr für die Klimaanlage berechnet, obwohl wir sie gar nicht benutzt haben (112 Euro)!! Ist nicht in Ordnung und sollte erst vor Ort bezahlt werden bei tatsächlicher Nutzung. ”

“4 of us spent 2 weeks at this apartment and overall we had a very good experience. Very clean, safe, spacious, well equipped with a very modern bathroom with washing machine. 20 mins walk to the Balaton and shops. Also in a very quiet location. 1 improvement suggestion would be the beds in all of the rooms, which were old fashioned and very hard which is not to everyone's liking. Finally the aircon usage was chargeable, which was not shown in the description when booking & the rate was too high.”

“Die Wohnung war super. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaubt. Viel Platz, zwei Toilette, Küche mit Top-Ausstattung und sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheleine im Garten. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Türschloss, dass sich nicht abschließen lies, aber das war zu verkraften. Auch die Überdachte Terasse ist etwas klein, wenn man mit vielen Leuten anreist, da wir aber fast immer schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir eh im Garten sitzen. Wir hatten in jedem Fall einen wunderschönen Urlaub.”
