"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Whilst the staff at check were friendly and accommodating the signage for the apartments in inadequate . Note for information you check in at the Aria hotel next door. Parking is available on the street, however this can be full if you arrive during office hours. Although outside of the city centre access via the #28 bus is excellent and cheap (€1.95) The room was clean and a good shower however smaller than anticipated Fridge,stove top are available if needed and a laundry room downstairs is available We appreciated the hotel offering use of their bike garage Overall a good stay but just overpriced"
