## Space

This inviting attic studio is perfectly suited for couples, featuring a well-appointed balcony for added charm. It's strategically situated in the heart of the city, a short walk from the sandy shores of the beach.

The studio can comfortably accommodate two guests. It is fully furnished with modern amenities including a walk-in shower, a private toilet, a quaint dining area, and a functional kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and a small refrigerator.

Situated on the second floor, Studio 4 is accessible only by stairs, enhancing its privacy and exclusivity. It also boasts a pleasant balcony equipped with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the outdoor ambiance.

The sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed (160x200 cm), which features two individual boxspring mattresses that can easily be separated to suit individual preferences.

## Neighborhood

Pension Brederode consists of 5 separate holiday accommodations. It is located right next to the beach with many beach bars/restaurants - your toes will be in the sand in under 5 minutes. The town centre with supermarkets, shops and bars/restaurants is just 10 minutes walking away.

Zandvoort is a lovely beach town with many shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife and (watersport) activities. It's located close to Haarlem and Amsterdam which are easy to reach by public transport.

## Transit

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.

Das Studio ist von der Atmosphäre her ein sehr schöner, heller Raum, der Balkon für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, mit schönem Blick über die Dächer. Leider hat das Studio im Detail einige Mängel: Wer sich auf die versprochene '"voll ausgestattete" Küche freut, wird enttäuscht werden. Ja, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Ofen und zwei Pfannen sind vorhanden. Aber es gibt nur eine einzige Kochplatte (tragbares Gerät), nur einen Topf, keine Schüssel, kein Sieb, keinen Schneebesen..., wirklich nichts außer ein paar stumpfer Messer... Essteller sind vorhanden, aber tatsächlich nur zwei, die von Größe und Dekor auch noch unterschiedlich sind. Insgesamt sehr lieblos. Wir hatten das Studio für 10 Tage gemietet und man wohnt, schläft, kocht und isst ja quasi immer in dem einem Raum. Wenn man beim Kochen kleckert oder beim Frühstück krümelt, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sauber zu machen. Kein Handfeger, kein Besen... Wir haben das Studio in einem tadellos sauberen Zustand übernommen, den Punktabzug gibt es für die dreckige, teilweise schon aus den Ösen gerissene Gardine zum Balkon und für das dreckige Balkongeländer. Dass es in der separaten Toilette kein Waschbecken gibt, war uns leider vorher nicht bewußt. Händewaschen und Zähne putzen muss man also im Küchenspülbecken oder in der Dusche. Wir sind uns sicher, dass man hier mit sehr geringem Aufwand und etwas mehr Liebe etwas sehr Schönes schaffen könnte

Good. except for wind blowing through the window at the top of the stairs rattling the door all night. Couldn’t close the window. And drainage issue which brought swerage up through the shower drain when draining the kitchen sink with a foul smell.

Un joli petit studio
Très propre et fonctionnel, quartier calme mais... les cloisons laissent passer tous les bruits donc si vous avez des voisins bruyants dans le studio à côté, prenez des boules quies 😉 Le wifi est capricieux, on est souvent déconnecté, c'est assez pénible. Un petit conseil, prenez des sacs à dos car on ne peut pas stationner près de la maison, et les escaliers sont extrêmement abrupts pour monter au 2e... Mais à part ces petits inconvénients, beau studio et lits confortables.

Time to renovate
Sadly the appartement did not look as new and there are a few things that need to be fixed. The floor is damaged, the sockets are loose and badly fixed with ducktape and the vent in the toilet is not working. And it is quite challenging to climb the narrow stairs. With this few fixes this studio would be great and it has a good location as well.

Hübsches Studio in optimaler Lage mit tollem Rundblick
Das Studio ist klein, aber sehr hübsch. Es hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem haben wir den Rundblick von der kleinen Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Ortskern und in ca 10 Minuten am Strand. Trotzdem möchte ich ein paar Dinge zum Verbessern vorschlagen: Die Nachttischlampe des rechten Bettes ist nicht angeschlossen, es fehlt ein Verlängerungskabel. Die Toilettentür quietscht furchtbar, das WLAN Netzwerk ist kaum zu finden und wegen der geringen Feldstärke sehr unzuverlässig und der Fernseher hatte an den letzten 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes keinen Empfang. Ausserdem hatten wir Besuch von einer kleinen Maus, die wohl aus der Bodenöffnung für die Leitungsrohre im Toilettenraum gekommen war. Das waren aber keine Gründe, unseren Aufenthalt nicht zu geniessen!

Tolle Zeit im gemütlichen Dachstudio
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Apartments war top, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett. Von dem Daxhstudio aus hat mein einen tollen Blick über die Dächer Zandvoorts und kann die Möven z.T. beim brüten beobachten. Immer wieder gerne:-)
