The room was clean and nice. It was near our family's apartment so it served the purpose. The area is not the best in Zaragoza but we didn't have any problems. It is near the historic center and you can easily walk to many points of interest.

Hôtel super, très bien situé. La chambre est vraiment superbe. Nous avons juste été désagréablement surpris qu’à notre arrivé, qu’il faille payer le parking en supplément alors que ce n’est indiqué nul part lors de notre réservation.

A very good hotel and very central and close to many amenities. The one big issue was that the room was unbelievably hot, the air con didn’t work properly and in 41 degrees during the day and over 30 during the night the sleep was almost non existent

Good Location, Excellent Staff, but the Hotel Needs Renovation We stayed at the Hesperia Zaragoza Centro and found the location to be one of its strongest advantages. It sits on a main street, close enough to the historic center to walk to the major sights, yet far enough from the hectic atmosphere of the Old Town. For us, it was a convenient, practical base for exploring Zaragoza. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful, courteous, and professional, and they genuinely made an effort to assist whenever needed. Their attitude was probably the best aspect of our experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is showing its age and would benefit from a substantial renovation. The breakfast was mediocre and, in our opinion, didn't live up to what we would expect from a hotel in this category. The elevators are particularly dated and need a major update. The mattresses were also uncomfortable, which affected our sleep. The curtains showed noticeable signs of wear and tear and could use replacement. Another issue, however, was the lack of adequate acoustic separation between rooms. The demising walls did not appear to provide sufficient sound insulation, and we could clearly hear our neighbors. Overall, the Hesperia Zaragoza Centro has a great location and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. Still, the hotel's condition and lack of acoustic privacy keep it from being a truly comfortable stay without a meaningful renovation.
