Absolutely perfect location, right next to the river and the big square where the basilica is located. Not the most quiet room I've ever slept in, but that's to be expected as there were a lot of festivities going on in the city. Comfortable room, friendly staff and great, varied breakfast buffet.

Located at the corner of the old city, this property has river views is modern and the staff was fantastic. Highly recommended.

No quiet floors becouse of structure. You will hear averything on other side of the building. Very hard to get to hotel parking.

Fabulous position overlooking Plaza Pilar. Very convenient for old town sightseeing and for buses and trams. Parking under the hotel is not for the faint hearted as it’s a steep descent followed by a sharp turn! But worth it. Very secure and direct access to the hotels reception and all rooms by lift.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Zaragoza, central to everything. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring in the mattress. We have stayed at NH hotels before and never had a complaint, but this one needs to upgrade its bedding.

Ok hotel. No staff. No good parking. Safe parking but really tight. I lucked out and a nice gentleman on a motorcycle drove my car out for me. The hotel is great for visiting old town. Basically across the street.

Great Zaragoza accomodation
Very nice hotel in a great location close to the cathedral and a tram stop out front. Customer service from reception to restaurant staff was friendly and excellent. Really good quality breakfast buffet with a delicious hot dish option available within the price. Very clean and eco friendly. Recommended

Visit with an old friend
Very nice hotel in the old part of town but on the river and within walking distance of everything. The tram stops right outside the door and on the river side, the Bus. Their metro system is very easy to use and using your phone to walk around is even easier. A must El Fuelle restaurant is fantastic BUT you need to make a reservation. The place draws that much business, you won’t get in without on and the food, MAGFICICO!

This is an adequate property in an excellent location -- near the basilica, the mercado, and Tubo. Unfortunately our initial room had black mold and water damage. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room promptly. We have enjoyed great stays in NH properties and hope this is a rare exception.

Amazing location, steps from Placa del Pilar. We had an unbelievable view of Zuda Tower, Ebro River and Zaragoza Market in old town. Very clean. Did not like the hard mattresses and very foamy pillows. Bbed was literally a rock. If you like that this is good for you. The property did not have feather pillows etc.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Basilica, Mercado, Museums, Cathedral, Ebro River. Convenient grocery store one block away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Available parking for a fee. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room was not very big but clean . Our balcony was facing Ebro River . Walking through the bridge in the morning or at night is very pleasant..

The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetic. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the basilica nuestra del Pilar and 5 to 10 min walking distance from the puente de piedra and from the “downtown”. It is in a safe area. I had a very pleasant stay and would most definitely stay there again if I’m to go back.
