「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the spacious balcony, which we used and enjoyed having. The apartment itself was a good size and comfortable, though the bathroom was small. Some of the furnishings felt a little dated, and the kitchen could have been better stocked and organised. While the building and apartment from the outside gave the impression of being more luxurious, certain details such as the curtains, bedding,...

「Not even water to make a shower No hit and no cold Electric plate did not work」

「Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good.

There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「The gentleman who works at the reception is wonderful and very helpful. All staff are helpful.」
