Belvilla muss sicherstellen, dass die von ihnen zur Miete angebotenen Häuser in einwandfreiem Zustand sind. Wir zahlen viel für das Haus und in unserem Fall konnten wir die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nicht öffnen. Das System zum Öffnen dieser Fenster war defekt. Wir mussten einen Techniker organisieren, um das Problem zu beheben. Das hat uns nicht gefallen und uns im Wellness-Stadium Stress bereitet
