"Das Hotel ist schnuckelig, sauber und absolut zu empfehlen! Klar ist es etwas teurer heutzutage, aber alle müssen ja durchkommen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, hatte einen sehr netten Balkon, wo man noch ein Gläschen Wein trinken konnte und auch das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe zubereitet und die Backwaren superfrisch und teilweise noch warm. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Immer gerne wieder!"

From my room, I experienced beautiful views of the mountains and enjoyed natural light within the well maintained and nicely decorated room. Staff were incredibly kind and the restaurant served tasteful meals each night of my stay. "We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for. To make matters worse, we were...
