Lovely character original condition Maltese terrace

Lovely one bedroom property with access to the roof – lovely hosts and quiet street. Heavy rain, while we were staying impacted the bedroom, seeping through the ceiling, so we were obliged to find alternate accommodation for a couple of nights- Notified owner, but no assistance and no alternative provided
