The 63m² apartment is located in an apartment house. Living room area with a cozy seating area consisting of a sofa bed (possibility of extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person), two armchairs with a coffee table, flat screen TV, radio with CD player, and a fireplace for cozy evenings, in the dining area there is a large dining table that can accommodate 4 people and a child in a high chair (can be provided on request), a large terrace window serves as a passage to the quiet south-facing terrace with sunshine from morning to evening, the equipment includes patio furniture, 1 parasol and a lantern with romantic candlelight for the mild summer nights, separate fitted kitchen incl. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, sink, kettle, toaster and slicer, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery, bedroom with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, and an extra bed (travel cot) for a child up to max. 3 years, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and a large mirror cabinet as storage space, the entire living area is barrier-free.  A parking space belongs to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked on the property.  There is a regularly maintained children's playground on the property of the holiday complex. Bed linen and towels can be booked as a laundry package (1 sheet, 1 pillow case, 1 duvet cover, 1 large bath towel, 1 small towel, 1 shower mat), but you are welcome to bring them yourself.
