"Great hotel. The location was amazing, I mean it was right next to the biggest mall and you get to stay in such an iconic building! You do have to pay to access the observation deck which I found kind of odd given we were residents of the hotel...Also the hotel breakfast was just okay and decent (I found that the options were more continental, less chinese, which is what I usually prefer)."

"I had a great stay at SEYA Panoramic Hotel. The room was large and comfortable, with spectacular views over Chongqing. I could even have watched the amazing drone show from my room, although I chose to head closer and enjoy the atmosphere with everyone else. Having the option to watch it from the comfort of the room was a real bonus. Getting to the room initially was a bit much after long flights. You have to take a lift to floor 47, then change to one of two specific lifts to reach the hotel rooms. It felt a little complicated when tired and arriving for the first time, although it became straightforward once I knew the route. The staff added me on WeChat, which made arranging laundry and room cleaning really convenient. Being able to organise everything through a quick message was useful and made the stay easier. The location was good, with some great sights and food areas within a 20-minute walk. For anything further away, getting around by Didi was easy. Overall, a spacious room, spectacular views and helpful staff made this a great base for exploring Chongqing, with the lift arrangements being the main drawback on arrival."

"This was a great place to stay at in Chongqing. The property is a bit older so it looked slightly outdated. The bathroom had issues with ventilation so water would collect at the ceiling light which was not preferable. The hotel is located to lots of great restaurants and had some good views."

"We have an amazing time in Chongqing SEYA Hotel, our housekeeper March was amazing and her English was excellent and she was able to help us with any questions we had. The hotel has a lovely bar and a unique storm spa experience. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. And the rooms are amazing with giant bath tubs and great views from 50 plus floors up. I highly recommend this hotel."
