"The hotel was great, the pool and hot tub were great, lots of space in the room and included a whole kitchen with dishes and all, plus so close to the lake, literally a 5 minute walk. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. Will stay again. The only thing I disliked was that it was valet only so it was a bit of a wait for our vehicle. "

"Overall, our stay was great, except our room could have use a table. There were no towel holders and no shelves in the shower. The conditioner was empty. In addition, the parking area is too narrow. Difficult to park if you’ve a bigger or longer vehicle. Though, the free breakfast was great. They have bagel, waffle, cereals, juices, coffee, milk, butter, yogurt, and our favorite was the waffle. The location was great coz it was close to everything we wanted to go. We would still want to go back coz of the location of the lodge and the cleanliness of the room. "

"The check-in and check-out experiences were great. The staff was extremely helpful and always having a cheerful disposition. The renovated rooms were awesome. Getting rid of the jacuzzi tubs was a great decision. We will come back when we next visit Lake Tahoe. "
