Great location in an upscale neighborhood. Short walk to a really nice, private beach. We had a wonderful stay in this warm, comfortable and nicely decorated home! In the future, we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great Experience

Our stay was wonderful but we didn't expect the intense heat and the upstairs bedrooms were quite warm at night and hard to cool down! But other than that Sierra Realty was incredibly responsive and helpful with every request we made or complaint we had. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall, this was an excellent base for a bachelorette lake weekend get-away. The living, kitchen, and outdoor spaces were all on the first level, so great for keeping the group together and moving between spaces. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes and with plenty of fridge space drinks and food for a large group. We had only a few small issues with the downstairs shower and the sliding doors, which management was quick to take care of as soon as we brought the problems to their attention.As a last note, most of the homes in the Lake Tahoe area don't have air conditioning - this one included. The upstairs rooms could get quite warm on an August night, even with windows open for some cool air and with some fans going. It wasn't terrible, but something to keep in mind as summers get warmer or if you are especially sensitive to the heat. Even still, we found this house was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay again!
