Welcome to your next vacation stay! This is a newly remodeled beautiful modern home with amazing dual level decks with peaks of the lake. This home has a fully stocked kitchen, with a BBQ on the main outdoor deck to enjoy meals with family and or friends!
Only a 3 min ride to Zephyr Cove Beach and a 7 min ride to South Lake Tahoe, the Casino's and Heavenly Ski resort.
“Modern" open floor plan with a Tahoe cabin feel that is cozy, warm and welcoming. All new linens and towels for your comfort while enjoying this amazing secluded Zephyr Heights home in South Lake Tahoe. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 7 beds and a air mattress. TVs in every room with Access to Netflix, Prime, Direct TV App and YouTube. The garage is a mini game room with a full size fridge, ping pong table and TV. Also, a great space when getting off the slopes in the winter to store all your skis and snowboard gear.
The home has everything you need with a Modern kitchen fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, a large French door fridge with ice maker to help make your time in Lake Tahoe more enjoyable. Large multi Level decks, a BBQ, and outdoor patio furniture to enjoy a cocktail or warm beverage in the mountains while enjoying the serenity of the pine trees with a glimpse of the lake. Two large Fridges, a wine fridge, a Large 8 person dinning table to enjoy dinner and drinks with family and friends. Master bath has a jetted tub to relax after a day on the slopes or a day on the lake.
Be Aware there is parking for 2 cars max, reach out to host if parking is an issue.
FAST Wifi great for remote work, tv's in every room with access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube etc.

No Smoking, No Pets, max nighttime occupancy of 8 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 2 vehicles.
