“Overall, the breakfast was decent—though it did lack fruits and vegetables. However, given the friendly price, I would give it a score of 90 out of 100.”

“Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…”

“What started off as a wonderful trip turned for the worse. Considering the protest was a valet only resort, we depended on valet/bell hop services to transport us back and forth to the actual room. Sadly, that wasn’t a luxury service neither me and husband got the embrace because we were advised the gulf cart doesn’t operate in inclement weather conditions. The last two nights at the resort it rained off and on throughout the night, we understood the resort had no control over the weather hit we……

“We stayed with our older dog and we all had trouble with air circulation. Felt there was a mold/mildew problem. We along with our dog was having breathing issues and our dog began to vomit. He became very sick and unfortunately passed away. There needs to be mold inspection. I do not recommend staying here”
