Tampa Links at Lake Bernadette Hotels

"Nice pool and courtyard. Friendly staff. Had to keep reprogramming keys. No hot water at sinks but had it in shower so not sure why. Tubs were painted and scuffed pretty bad so need some attention. I would stay again because overall it was clean and the staff was good. Front lobby and courtyard were nice. "

"I booked this place just to rest with my daughters after a long day in a volleyball tournament so we just wanted to check in an go straight to our room to rest but it was not hat we experienced. We arrived around 11:30 pm and we were directed to the registration but when we arrived there is a calet parking service that do not allow us to park and told us we have to drive to a parking lot that is far away and wait there for a shuttle to get back to the registration so doing that took us about 40 mts to finally be able to complete the check in and them wait another 15 mts for a golf cart to take us to our room. The next day to check out we have to call desk to get a golf cart taking us to registration and then after checking out we had to wait another 15 mts outside in the sun in an uncovered area for another shuttle to take us back to out car in the parking lot to finally leave. Do not book here is you are in rush and just want a place to rest. To book here you need to have plenty of time and a lot of patience. I cannot rate the facility because we didn't have the time to explore the area. "

"The rooms were old, dirty & had bugs....electric outlets were missing cover plates. Walks had patches and looked horrible. Need i go further...??"

"Great place to stay! The cabins are brand new and stocked with everything you could need. Laundry services in premises and a pool as well. I will be staying here again for my next trip to Tampa. "

"It was ok definitely not like the pictures though. Bathroom seemed used right before we got into the door. With hairs and a razor cap and wet shower. "

"Not happy that I paid $200 for a room with blood stain and chap stick cherry stain on comforter. Showered head on both room I went two were brown and had mold. Toilet wabbled every time I sat on it to use restroom. Just really pissed about stain comforter and not able to take a good shower. That GM is terrible and can’t believe he doesn’t tell hoss house keepers to clean high touch pint areas. They charge all this money but have rooms like crap. Not to mention the walls are thin so you hear you neighbors foot step above you. Run hotel by far the worst Sleep inn I stayed in. Breakfast was trash too. No toaster no bagel."

"Staff was kind, called as we were checking in (arrived late at night). Room was alright. Comforter was torn and had markings left on it (when I asked the staff she said it had been washed, just stained…) it was stained and torn. AC wasn’t exactly up to par, and the room had a smell of old cigarettes. But the courtyard was lovely!!"
