"This was our first ever Vrbo booking, we're typically "hotel people", but we made the decision to try Vrbo, as my husband needed a home like experience to recovery from a major surgical procedure.We were pleasantly surprised, by this fabulous condo, and even more so by the kind attentive staff at iTrip.Kim, Bryan and Mary were very kind, and accommodating, and made sure all our needs were meet when changes had to be made last minute, as my husband needed to stay longer in hospital.The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, light, airy, and located in a quiet area. Parking was always available, and directly in front of the condo.The views from the condo are also very relaxing and exactly what we needed during our time there.We will definitely be booking with Vrbo in the future, and also making plans to book this condo again on another trip to Tampa."

"Overall it was a great stay. There were a few roaches but after making sure the room was cool I didn’t see anymore.I also brought the garbage out every day. I thought both sides of the condo were going to be available so it was just the room with two double beds. It’s such a beautiful view, you can watch the golfers playing and strolling around in their golf carts; I would recommend this place. You can go for a nice stroll in the area and the residents are friendly. There were two that spoke to me. There wasn’t a laundry facility on site nor in the condo so I had to go to one nearby. They use dollar coins on the washers so don’t go getting change in the coin machine unless you’re using the dryer."

"The unit is large and spacious and in a good location in then Saddlebrook Resort. The unit has been recently updated. That is the good news. -Owner did not communicate move in instructions until the day before and the information had to be requested a half dozen times.-The bedding was in such bad shape we bought our own bedding.-The couch had so many stains we covered it.-Kitchen items are very old and in poor shape. -There was left over loose food in a cabinet. -Another cabinet was dirty and I do not want to know what the dirt was.-The unit has a moldy and musty order that never went away.-The unit was not ready when we arrived and we had to buy our own paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap "
