The property is well located, walking distance to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was small but very efficiently designed. The towels were the best we encountered on our trip. All in all a great experience. We would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay while in Zermatt! I had a nice & comfortable stay. It is far from town/the train station, and mostly an uphill walk. I did not realize this when booking, because if I had, I probably would have booked a closer place. Please keep this in mind if you choose to stay here!

The hotel was in a very quiet part of the town. Fairly close walk to the cable cars for the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Considering Zermatt is a pricey place to visit with expensive accommodations we felt the Adonis hotel was a good value. Our biggest issue was there was no mini fridge in the room. Having to use the basement community refrigerator was very inconvenient. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station

Room is pretty clean but because it an older property I can smell the older wood though not exactly bad for me. It gives us a feel of a traditional Swiss house. Bed is firmer than I want prefer but so cozy down comforter that makes me want to just wrap my body with it. We had a wonderful balcony with the garden just outside. Would have like our room to be higher for the Mountain View but can’t have everything. Staff are very helpful. Great breakfast. A little walk from the train station but pretty nice location. Overall very happy with this hotel.

Kathlyn was the manager while we were there. She is the essence of the Adonis hotel, she was constantly doing things to make us feel more comfortable from showing us the lovely gardens. To assuring us about a full meal and picking us up at the train station and arranging travel back. She is a wonderful employee who goes above and beyond, and we were grateful to have her.
