Average apartment, lack of attention to detail and not very clean
Be warned there is a significant extra cost for bed linen and cleaning on the apartment, about 120CHF. The apartment itself wasn’t especially clean, used plasters found on side, crumbs in the cupboards and cutlery and plates needed washing up on arrival as dirty from previous guests. (which should be checked by cleaners)
The bed wasn’t very comfy, the pillow was very thin and the spare pillows had blood on them with no extra pillow cases provided (despite 60CHF for our bed sheets and a towel each). The sofa cushions also had stains on them.
The apartment has no WiFi which is odd for the modern world and the plug sockets in the bathroom don’t work.
Apartment got 2 star for the amazing view of the Matterhorn, especially as we were so lucky with the clear skies each day, but for the price this needs a little more attention to detail and some justification on the cleaning costs as it really isn’t that clean.
I would imagine there is better value for money than this apartment which is probably marked up on price based on location.
