We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn and a nice room. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful! We especially loved Sean who was on night duty and took extra good care of us!

We enjoyed our time here! Staff were warm and friendly. Very convenient location close to the Sunnegga funicular and Gornegrat station. We also enjoyed the food in their restaurant. My kids specially loved the catamaran net in our room. I love the Matterhorn view from our room. It was awesome waking up to the Matterhorn views. Highly recommended!

Dank des äusserst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal fühlten wir uns hier wirklich willkommen und konnten unseren Aufenthalt voll und ganz geniessen. Die Lage unmittelbar bei der Sunegga-Bahn und nahe beim Bahnhof und Ortszentrum ist perfekt. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist top.

A must see- The best service and great location

Lovely staff, extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is great as well. We’re having a great time even with the worst flooding in the last 10 years.

The perfect Hotel if you want to go to Zermatt!!!! Everything was great. I’ll need a few pages to describe how good this place is. We felt like at home. The amenities , restaurant, breakfast, room, sauna, pool…. All 5 stars Just to mention a few people like Albano at reception, Bastian at restaurant, Stefan always so helpful, Cristina in housekeeping. Will come back again. Just across from Sunnega tram a close to everything. Highly recommendable

Best location and warm service

Very good service! And excellent location - we stay in a room with magnificent view to Matterhorn from our balcony. (And nice photo with beautiful Gornaget train passing by too) Out of the entrance is Sunnegga station (so convenient)

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with any additional requests we had. After a long day of skiing, the spa facilities were a perfect way to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. We will definitely be returning!

Schönes Hotel direkt gegenüber der Bergbahn

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! Frischer Orangensaft beim Frühstück und eine große Auswahl, top! Wellness sehr schön, hervorzuheben ist die angenehm warme Wassertemperatur in allen Becken… Zimmer etwas älter und mit Teppichböden, hier könnte man eventuell etwas erneuern, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm.
