The balcony was very nice, the batroom was ok and nice but the flat was too smal and the coach in the living room wss very unfonfortable. Even we wanted extra bed in that flat there was no extra bed there was an extra pillow on that unconfortable coach. This got the minus for this reservation and we wanted help from your office in zermatt they didnt make anything.
