「We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountain. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring. Felt like a real home away from home! Would definitely recommend.」

「酒店的地理位置非常好，距离东门的话只要三分钟的步行时间，而且所有员工都非常热情，酒店的话还给我送了晚安粥，下午茶还给我介绍了有免费的旅拍，还有民族服饰，摄影师给我拍了几张美美的照片。非常开心，水吧台的小哥哥还给我送了一杯鸡尾酒，点赞。」

「所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員」

「Supertrevligt hotell som öppnades i 2025! Ligger perfekt till för att utforska nationalparken och Grand Canyon. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och du kan tvätta kläder samt torktumla de dygnet runt. Fick mycket god hjälp av Casey som pratar engelska och kan hjälpa till med allt av bokningar」

「This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!」

「My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff...

「Very clean Hotel. Cherry, the manager made a big difference as she was very friendly and help me with my itinerary providing me valuable information. There is a washer in the fourth floor and some restaurants around the hotel. This is very close to the bus station just one block away and you can actually walk to the east gate to visit the avatar mountains. Recommended place very comfortable and clean. 」
