We booked the lake-view room on the sixth floor, the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions about the hotel and the surrounding areas. David, the bell boy, was exceptionally polite and helpful when we checked in and checked out, we appreciate his efforts to make us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel!"
