Nice beds, clean, good service

Good location for proximity to High Speed Train (40min during noon hour). Outside city center so not too busy either. Very grand hotel with a decent fitness facility attached.

Chinese hotel near centre of Zhengzhou.

The hotel was excellent. Room was very large with all facilities . Staff very accommodating but lack of English made communication difficult at times. The main clientele were Chinese so staff do not get the opportunity to practice much.

Nice facility poor management

The hotel lobby and rooms are nice and clean. The management however is poor. If the owner could do a minimum training program, the overall rating would be improved markedly.

중심지에 있는 편한 호텔

체크인시 직원들의 응대 좋았으며, 객실도 여유있는 공간에 청결하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 너무 더운 시기에 방문한 탓에 주변을 잠깐 둘러볼수 밖에 없었지만 주변에 식당은 많지 않았습니다. 부페식당은 메뉴가 조금 아쉬웠지만 직원들의 응대는 적당했습니다.
