"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel and had a mix of experiences during my visit.
Upon arrival, my check-in process was seamless. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making it a pleasant start to my stay. The hotel exudes a certain elegance, and the amenities appeared to be well-maintained.
One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Yue Chinese Restaurant. The food was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the seating is quite limited. The culinary experience alone makes it worth a visit.
However, my experience took a turn later in the evening. After returning from dinner around midnight, I discovered that the air-conditioning in my room had broken down. This was especially frustrating because, after a long day, I was looking forward to a comfortable night’s sleep.
Despite the staff's efforts to remedy the situation, the repairs were not completed until nearly 2 AM. This delay was quite tiring and disrupted my rest significantly.
While the initial service and dining experience were commendable, the breakdown and subsequent resolution dampened my overall experience. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure better maintenance in the future. I would still consider staying here again, but perhaps with a little more caution regarding room conditions."
