The property is located just off of a narrow roadway. The property is not very accessible to transportation in the early evening and through the night due to food vendors filling the entry area and surrounding parking.

This was a beautiful hotel with lots of dining options and a very lively outdoor shopping district within a few minutes walk. I walked to a Zibo BBQ place with live entertainment and was able to experience the local culture and cuisine within a short amount of time. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was perfect witj my stay. I highly recommend.

ROOM : GOOD CLEAN AND KIND CENTER OF CITY , NEAR HUGE DEPT.STORE However breakfast is little disappointing ,, The staff's attitude was untrained. It would be better to hold conversations at the corner station after breakfast time. It was like that for all three nights and four days I stayed.

Luxury Stay

Located in the city center, the good thing that you have many shops around but the traffic is high in this area. The hotel is old , you feel the luxury of Sheraton. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

We stayed here for business and were very pleased overall. The rooms were super nice and very clean. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering it only cost us $4 per day. There aren’t many options in the area, so that was the right spot. The staff in general provided great service, with one exception. When we needed a taxi to the airport, the man at the front desk who was supposed to help us wasn’t very helpful. According to our local translator, he was pushing a $100 USD ride while ignoring more affordable options or even two cars instead of one. He basically told us that if we wanted something else and, we’d have to figure it out on our own. Other than that, the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d still recommend the hotel.

The hotel is nice, room is big and clean, location is great and convenience. Only that there is no glass door petition in-between the toilet seat and shower area in our room, so water is everywhere after we took the shower. Asked for a room change, but they told me all the rooms are the same, wonder....
