Transportation includes taxis or easy walking to a neighborhood grocery store and popular coffee shop. It is near the city center (Centro) and 5 minutes from the fishing pier for local gatherings, water sports, boat charters, live music, artwork, and cultural events.
Condo offers friendly neighbors, patio seating, a private pool, and an ultra contemporary setting. Equipped kitchen, pullout sofa, great conversation area, cable tv, breakfast bar, and modern bathroom.
Living area and bedroom area are separated by a sliding partition for extra privacy.
