"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options....

"The hotel is a nice mix of modern and traditional. Spa was lovely and the reason that we booked the hotel. We booked with half board and had dinner every evening. The food was mainly very good with salad bar as a starter and then multiple courses. Some notable issues were that the hotel charges for tap water at dinner, which I understand can be a thing in Austria however it seems very unfair to neither show the prices of soft drinks or water on a menu and then charge €3 for tap water and an eye...

"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "
