"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

"Unser Aufenthalt hat etwas durchwachsen angefangen, da die Bad/WC nicht gut geputzt war. Das Hotel hat aber am nächsten Tag sofort reagiert und uns sogar angerufen und eine gute Lösung gefunden. Danke dafür. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ebenfalls durchwachsen. Manche sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, andere hingegen geben einem kein Gefühl des Willkommens sein.
