"L'appartement était très propre, je suis restée 1 semaine dans le logement. Très peu de bruit venant de l'extérieur sauf la dernière nuit avec des klaxons et cris de 00h à 1h. (indépendant du champs d'action du propriétaire, donc je n'en tiens pas rigueur) Niveau décor, j'ai adoré, les photos de l'annonce sont identiques au réel. Un parking se trouve juste à côté de la résidence donc top quand on vient à plusieurs."

"The apartment is very small and the bathroom doesn't have a door (just a curtain) which is important to know. The shower drain does not work properly so the water accumulates in the shower. The heating worked well during our stay so we were able to keep warm. The studio doesn't get too much sun. It's a short walk (8 min) from the city center so that's a nice plus. If you're just staying for a brief weekend then it should be fine if you don't plan on spending much time in the studio itself. It...

"The property was exactly as described in the listing. Loved sitting with a glass of wine on the outside patio after a long drive from Italy. Our children found the bunk beds very comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my husband and I for one night. A great nights sleep and a hot shower before continuing our journey. The caretaker was a true gentleman and assisted us when we struggled to get the key back in the lockbox on check out. The communication with the owner was excellent. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à BLOTZHEIM, charmant petit village alsacien, un salon de thé à proximité, un centre commercial Leclerc avec un resto Poulaillon et surtout un magnifique Casino à 2km8 avec de nombreuses machines à sous, un personnel avenant, et un bar avec repas, tout pour plaire.Les propriétaires étaient charmants, l'appartement nous a bien convenu, la climatisation était un plus surtout avec cette canicule, nous y reviendrons certainement."

"Stayed here many time and it’s a very good quality stay that the Pullman in Basel offers. Try and get a room away from the Main Street as it does get noisy with the trams. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but it’s Switzerland so expected. Avoid the salmon at breakfast. Everywhere is clean and the staff have Swiss efficiency."

"We love our room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Front desk staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. For international travellers make sure all communications are in English ☺️"

"Checkin was a disaster compounded by unnecessary surliness and incompetence. They demand a 24 hour pre check in online and I did that noting that I would stop by at 1 pm to drop bags and avail myself of their luggage storage option. I received an email back thanking me for pre-check in. I showed up at 3 pm and there was a family from Montreal also looking to check in early. The phone didn’t pick up then a random guy came and accosted us for being early and I explained I spelled it out in the pre check in. He said to give him 5 minutes. That turned into fifteen minutes and then some other guy showed up and accosted us again and shut the door and left us out on the street in the hot weather. I found his language to be rude and abrasive as did the Montreal family. Finally some hotel guests took pity on us and let us in and showed us where the luggage storage was and we went to get some water nearby (why that was so difficult for the hotel staff Ill never know). I don’t know why they bother with the pre-registration kabuki. Then my room didn’t have a frying pan but there was a whisk and a spatula. After three days I gave up asking. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nicely renovated old building in a convenient spot though it was interesting that they have a placard at the front desk advising guests not to argue with staff so somehow the surliness is built into the hospitality illusion they offer. It was like a surly Fawlty Towers Totally uncalled for. C’est dommage."
