"A wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. The setting, views and wildlife are spectacular, but what really makes this place special is the people. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and eager to help. A special mention goes to Chris at the bar, whose attentive, friendly service was outstanding. He remembered guests, took the time to chat, and made everyone feel valued without ever seeming rushed. Including involving my son in games and fist bumps! Beautiful lodges can be found all over the world, but it's the staff who create unforgettable memories. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has clearly built an exceptional team, and they're the reason we'd both return without hesitation. Highlight of our 4 weeks in SW Africa."

"had a wonderful stay at Waterfalls Lodge and genuinely enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. Honestly, Marzi is the best of the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is a real asset to Waterfalls Lodge and deserves to be recognised and appreciated for the excellent service. "This was an excellent place to relax in Victoria Falls. We loved the free shuttle to the falls, it was easy to use and reliable. The hotel restaurant was also really good, the free breakfast had a variety of made to order options. Our room was comfortable and the AC worked well."

"The only reason I cannot give this a 10 out of five dollar review is because the Plumbing bedroom needed new fixtures and hot water was very limited. This could be an isolated incident because otherwise the place was magical. Breakfast is good, check-in was easy, everyone was nice. It was super clean in the grounds well-maintained. Location was 10 out of 10. Bar staff excellent."
