The 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is for up to 4 adults.

For each apartment is on the plot 1 car parking space available.
To collective use for all apartments is 1 washing machine and 1 tumble fee (coin) on the neighboring property available.
To share is also 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is 3 x exists for the condo complex. We kindly ask you to pre-order.
Sheets and towels are available for the price of 10.00 & # 128; per person at our on-site service prior to arrival.
Within the apartment smoking is not allowed.


The "House Rubert" with its 7 apartments located in Zinnowitz near the beach and the town center.

Different floor plans of a 1-bedroom apartment up to 3-bedroom apartments are for 2 to 5 people are available.
The ground floor apartments have partly covered terraces upstairs apartments each have spacious balconies.


In the upper floor apartments may be brought on request each 1 dog.


Guests enjoy free phone calls to German landlines and free DSL Internet access use (not a contractual description if times the router fails). If you would like to use the LAN then please bring with you next to your notebook also a network cable for connection to the existing network socket.

  In the high season is an attachment or Departure at the weekend not possible for organizational reasons.  Please take this into account when planning your vacation.   We arrange apartments in Karlshagen, Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin and Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom.
