Beautiful villa

Highly recommend, definitely need a car however. Spotlessly clean and every piece of kitchen equipment you could wish for. Loved the pool and table tennis. Hosts very welcoming and helpful (son speaks excellent English!) Would return.

Great Villa and a fantastic stay.

The communication was very good and I also got an answer immediately. The villa itself is very beautiful and the surrounding is very quiet. It was very clean an the pool was nice. All over a perfect stay. We stayed there with 11 grown ups and 2 children. There are many possibilities to play for children and for grown ups you can play table tennis and Billard.

Fantastic!

We were three families (7 adults, 7 kids) staying at the Villa for one week, and it was an amazing house! The kids were occupied with all the facilities (Pool, Billiards, Trampoline, Ping Pong, Slide, Swing), which meant the adults could relax. The place is huge, so one can slip away and sit on one of the many balconies and relax with a book. The host was VERY accommodating, and took very good care of us. They lived next door, and came over with cakes and desserts several times during our stay. Whatever our question was, they followed up! The location is quite ideal too, as its a short drive to most places of interest. Pula is only 30min away, the same with Rovinj. We would recommend hiring a car for the duration of the stay, as its difficult to get around by bus or taxi. All in all we had an amazing time at the Villa, and will definitely try and book it next time we are coming to Croatia from Norway.

einfach nur schön

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Villa ist wirklich traumhaft schön , etwas abseits vielleicht, aber um Istrien zu erkunden wiederum ideal, weil genau in der Mitte der Halbinsel und somit relativ kurze Anfahrwege in alle Richtungen. Wetter passte auch und der Pool wurde gut genutzt. Die Ausstattung war eh perfekt: Spielhaus, Trampolin, Billard, Tischtennis, Grillmöglichkeiten und, und, und..., alles da für einen perfekten Familienurlaub. Und dann die Vermieterin, Suzane, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal. Sie hat uns mit süßem Gebäck verwöhnt und war immer da um zu schauen das wir uns wohl fühlen. Herzlichen Dank noch mal! Es war wirklich eine der schönsten Urlaubsreisen überhaupt, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Traumhaus mit Pefekter Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist super schön, alles ist blitz blank und die Gastgeberin ist wohl die netteste Person in ganz Kroatien. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich unglaublich und haben wir so noch nie erlebt bei anderen Unterkünften. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder. Das schöne an der Villa ist der Aussenbereich und der kurze Weg in die Küche. Wir konnten uns immer draussen aufhalten. Ein Stromanschluss ist draussen auch vorhanden. Zum Haus: Haus ist in 3 Etagen aufgeteil EG, 1.OG u d 2OG Die Wohnungen sind im Haus nicht verbunden, man gelangt aussen herum zu den Wohnungen. Das war für uns perfekt. Lage: Man ist fast ganz alleine. Die Nachbarn sind super nett. Ca 7 minuten entfernt ist ein supermarkt. Zum nächst größeren Kaufland dauert es ca 30-40 minuten. Mit dem Auto natürlich. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und noch nie so eine nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Vielen Dank

Ein Paradies der Erholung

Unser Aufenthalt in der Steinvilla war einfach nur phänomenal und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Als drei Familien, bestehend aus insgesamt 6 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 16 Jahren, suchen wir nach einer geräumigen Unterkunft mit Privatpool, um gemeinsam eine entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Und die Steinvilla hat uns in jeder Hinsicht beeindruckt! Die großzügige Raumaufteilung der Villa bot uns ausreichend Platz, um uns frei zu bewegen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Besonders der Privatpool war ein echtes Highlight für alle, sowohl für die Erwachsenen als auch für die Kinder. Wir verbrachten herrliche Stunden im Pool und hatten eine Menge Spaß. Die Sauberkeit der Villa und die gepflegte Gartenanlage verdienen besonderes Lob. Alles war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und wirkte äußerst einladend. Die ruhige Lage der Steinvilla trug zusätzlich zu einer erholsamen Atmosphäre bei. Wir konnten die Stille und Schönheit der Umgebung genießen und den Alltagsstress hinter uns lassen. Die herzliche Begrüßung mit kalten Getränken und Süßigkeiten war eine nette Geste und ließ uns sofort willkommen fühlen. Aber die Krönung war die Überraschung von Gastgeberin Suzane mit Pfannkuchen. Das war einfach nur köstlich und zeigte ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Insgesamt können wir die Steinvilla uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, der uns allen noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den Gast

Wunderschönes Anwesen !

Wir waren mit neun Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen, großen Anwesen und wir waren rundum zufrieden ! Äußerst nette Vermieter, super sauber, topp Ausstattung und eine sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Grillbereich. Dass es ein wenig abgelegen ist, war uns bewusst und hat uns nicht gestört. Wir können das Anwesen und seine Vermieter rundherum empfehlen !

Unbedingt empfehlenswert

Wir schließen uns den bisherigen Bewertungen voll an. Einziger Nachteil (je nach Ansprüchen) ist die abgelegene Lage. Fußläufig geht hier gar nichts, ausser spazierengehen in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Wir würden diese Unterkunft bei Bedarf sofort wieder buchen.

Einfach Mega!

Ich bin so unheimlich froh, dass wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben. Alle Bilder sind real! Wir wurden mit Leckereien überrascht. Die Besitzerin war immer stets freundlich. Es war alles picobello sauber! Ich kann nur alles wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir waren mit drei Paaren und jeweils zwei Kindern auf dieser Finca und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Alles Super!

Einzig die Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt war dürftig. Vorort erwartete uns eine sehr freundliche Familie! Das Objekt war sauber und entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen und übertraf unseren Erwartungen. Räume waren großzügig. Ausstattung vollzählig. Uns fehlte es an nichts! Zum Empfang hatten wir bereits kaltgetränke im Kühlschrank sowie hochwertiges Gebäck. Nach einer Woche bekam man neue Bettwäsche Angeboten und einen vollen Teller Crêpes *lecker*. Bei Rückfragen war die Vermieterin kurzzeitig Vorort. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank Familie Folo -Hvala-

Tolles Haus, super nette Gastgeber und rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Dino i Karla und waren rundum zufrieden. Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen, möchte aber nochmal besonders hervorheben, dass das Haus für Selbstversorger wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet ist (Hand-, Dusch-, Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel, Gewürze, Essig/Öl, Grillkohle uvm.). Bei Anreise standen gekühlte Getränke bereit und eine großzügige Portion Kekse/ Plätzchen. Am nächsten Tag kam Suzanna, die Vermieterin, mit einem Teller voll frischer, warmer, gefüllter Pfannkuchen. Super nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gab einfach nichts zu bemängeln und wir kommen sicher wieder!

Toller Familienurlaub - ein wenig ab vom Schuss

Wunderbares Ferienhaus, viel Platz, bestens ausgestattet! Nur ziemlich weit weg von Allem. Zu Fuß in den Supermarkt oder ein Restaurant ist nicht möglich. In die größeren Städte am Meer ca. 30min. Dafür kann aber dss Haus nichts! Ganz tolle Vermieter, die immer wieder Köstlichkeiten vorbeigebracht haben. Check-in war sogar früher möglich. Sehr sauber, toller Pool! Für unsere Kids mit den vielen Stufen in Garten und Haus schwierig, aber auch hierfür kann das Haus nichts. Alles in Allem wirklich super schön!

Spitzen Villa

In der Villa Dino i Klara ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und war immer sofort zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen zu irgendetwas hatten. Die Lage ist super um ungestört zu sein und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Pkw oder einem Fußmarsch gut zu erreichen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus, besser geht es nicht

Liebe Familie Folo, herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus. Das Haus sieht in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Es hält alles was es verspricht. Von der Sauberkeit des Hauses und des Pools waren wir begeistert. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hatten sehr viel Spaß im Pool, Billardzimmer, Trampolin, Spielhaus und mit der Tischtennisplatte. Besonders toll ist der Außensitzbereich mit dem Grill wo sich die Familie zu jedem Essen versammelte. Suzanna ist an Freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten uns überraschte uns mit selbstgebackenen Mutzen, Gebäck und Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal und zentral so dass man alle Küsten in ca. 35min anfahren kann. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Liebe Grüße Sven
