This area is also air-conditioned and ideal for your holidays. The large garden offers various places to relax. First and foremost is a private pool with sun loungers. For guests who like seafood, the nearby Lim Channel is a must with a rich supply of fish and famous shellfish such as mussels and oysters. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of the town, Rovinj, once a fishing village and now one of the most famous tourist centres, is only 15 minutes away by car. In the surroundings of Rovinj you can find hiking and cycling trails, enjoy various water sports and sunbathe on beautiful beaches.
