Nice hotel in the center of the town. No possibility to park there because of the traffic restrictions but a public parking very close to the hotel is present. Good breakfast.

I wouldn’t rebook!

So, a nice Hotel, not The cheapest. But appeared to be good value for-money. When I book a hotel as we are on a motorcycle trip, I book hotels with a restaurant and if possible a swimming pool. When we got there, the restaurant was shut-down and so was the swimming pool. There was no mention in the website or on Hotels.com or an email maybe to tell us that we couldn’t eat there. They are not centrally located so it was a long walk to the nearest open restaurant. The staff at the front desk just didn’t seem to care. You got the feeling that we weren’t rich enough or important enough to bother with. Disappointing

Ho riscattato la camera con la notte bonus. Ebbene, tra tutte le stanze a disposizione, ci è stata assegnata una camera a piano terra, con bagno per disabili! Inutile descrivere le difficoltà riscontrate, soprattutto per il water e la doccia. Il bagno inoltre non aveva alcun servizio di cortesia, nemmeno una cuffia per la doccia! Va bene che ho riservato una camera economy ma, per un 4 stelle… tutto ciò non sembra accettabile!

Hotel bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, an bestimmten Stellen konnte Schimmelspuren und Abnutzung gefunden werden. Stromausfall halber Tag der alle Geräte lahmgelegt hat. Kleiner Pool war ok da nicht viele Gäste da waren. Im Zimmer nicht mal ein Wasserkocher. Frühstück (mit Strom) war sehr gut. Ansonsten alles normal.

Bene con ampi spazi di miglioramento

Camera un po’ datata e molto buia. Molto bene il ristorante interno e la cortesia del personale. Avrei gradito trovare una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera come “benvenuto”, cosa che ormai fanno parecchie struttre anche di categoria inferiore. Nle Complesso un buon hotel, anche comodo per raggiungere Bologna. Sicuramente lo riproveró alla prima occasione utile

Camera molto bella con letto molto comodo e ricca colazione, personale disponibile e cordiale. Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione assente, si sente chi parla nei corridoi e la sveglia della camera accanto

Prenotato un’ECONOMY? Ti do quella per disabili

Il fatto di prenotare una economy non significa dare una camera per forza con accesso ai servizi per disabili anche se non lo sono. Il problema è un altro che mi hanno cambiato stanza il giorno dopo dandomi di una camera con letto grande ma con esattamente gli stessi servizi igienici. E quindi doccia aperta, tazza rialzata etc…inoltre il riscaldamento va sì controllato con una temperatura ecosostenibile e via dicendo ma se uno ha freddo deve avere il diritto di aumentare a proprio piacimento i gradi del termostato. Vado non spesso ma capita di passare per lavoro. Stavolta deludente! PS cambiamoli i teli bucati!
