「Hotel tem um staff muito despreparado para o serviço que promete oferecer. Quartos espaçosos, varanda com apenas 1 cadeira para sentar e ver o mar, não pudemos usufruir como casal. Banheiro limpo, sem shampoo e sabonete, foi solicitado na recepção, após mais de 40 min de espera, pedi para a menina que fazia limpeza em outro quarto. Ela não tinha nenhum, mas me deu um copo com um pouco do sabonete líquido do quarto que estava limpando. No café da manhã as mesas disponíveis estavam sujas e...

「I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !! As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said...
