"The hotel should be classified as a 3 stars. The elevators are constantly broken, breakfast is mediocre with the same food served everyday. Parts of the hotel requires maintenance "

"Very good overall. Prime location on Copacabana. very good breakfast although the coffee could be better. The main issue was that the two elevators were quite slow during busy periods of the day. "

"The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this property again. "

"Lovely staff on check in. Efficient, more brisk on check out. Pool area, need signs to ask guests not to move the sub loungers which are understandably put away if there is bad weather. We were told off unnecessarily for moving a chair. "

"The hotel is located at a super good location, very near to the beach and walking distance restaurants. However, the receptionist was a bit rude and gave us a room we did not asked for and did not wanted to change us. The next morning I talked to the other recepcionist and they confirmed that they had made a mistake with my reservation but the hotel was fully booked and we couldnt move."
