Besonders gefallen haben mir das leckere Frühstück und die gute Lage. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne komme ich wieder!”

“Je donnerais entre 4 étoiles et 4 étoiles 1/2. Il manque de Wow. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant à la réception. Mais je trouve qu’il manque de cohésion entre les differentes équipes de l’hôtel. L’équipe de la piscine est un peu intimidante. Ils sont très nombreux mais on dirait qu’il y a un manque de communication entre les serveurs…C’est comme si personne n’avait vraiment de rôle attitré. “I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for. Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered. The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also……

“Had a great experience at hotel Vermont. Room was clean with nice amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great, surrounded by shops and restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the lagoon. Definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I visit Rio.”

“We would gladly stay at the Arena Ipanema again. Hotel modern, great location, excellent customer service with staff all welcoming and who went out of their way to help. Really nice breakfasts In their excellent restaurant, where we also took lunch and dinner. Rooftop bar provides good views.”

Une literie exceptionnelle, une chambre parfaitement nettoyée tous les matins, un service sans faute et aux petits oignons, et sans oublier un petit déjeuner exceptionnel. L’accès à la plage d’ipanema à 1 minute à pied à peine est vraiment non négligeable, avec serviettes et chaises/parasols offerts. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.”

“The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. ”

“Great apartment in a great location. Only issue we had was there was very limited amount of cookware and utensils in kitchen. Anything more than boiling water was a challenge.”
