Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with good attention to housekeeping. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This Ritz property was a boutique hotel, which was one block from the beach, great location, friendly staff, and an excellent bartender named Joseph. Both the restaurant and the rooftop had great views would definitely stay again would recommend.

Ritz is a Cozzy not big hotel perfectly located one block away from Copacabana beach. Yo can have a amazing view to the beach and the Pão de açúcar, right from the restaurant and the pool area. I definitely would love to come back.

It was a 2 minute walk from the beach with many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff was friendly. The only drawback is that the bathrooms were not well thought out. The showers had no place to put towels. Glass doors made the closures very noisy and the walls between rooms were very thin and we could hear doors closing and banging thru them.

Wir waren immer begeistert von dem Hotel und vorallem vom Frühstück. Leider hat sowohl die Qualität als auch die Auswahl vom Frühstück in diesem Jahr rapide nachgelassen. So sieht das Obst z.B. nicht mehr frisch aus und die Auswahl des Buffet wurde fast um die Hälfte reduziert. Schade, dass an solchen Stellen wirklich extrem gespart wird. Auch vom Service waren unsere letzten Aufenthalte erheblich besser. Vielleicht fällt die Wahl beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf ein anderes Hotel.
