This hotel was absolutely stunning!! From the moment you walk inside, the attention to detail is unbelievable. All aspects of the hotel were amazing from the room, breakfast, fitness Center, pool and most importantly the staff!! I would love to stay here again and again and again!! The location is ideal for tourists that like to walk and explore the beach, mall and fine dining. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you for making my trip so special.

O hotel é maravilhoso e a equipe é excepcional, super atenciosa e prestativa.

I would definitely look into staying here again. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It also felt safe - the security there is on point at all times. The express laundry service was great...I also need same day suit and shirt pressing - they got it done before my requested time and had the items hanging in my closet waiting for me. Daily cleaning was excellent. Room service is 24hrs - the food is good and I felt that they had it to my room expeditiously each time that I ordered. Breakfast was always very good. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice and once again the staff up there is very attentive. Additionally, I feel the property is really well positioned along Ipanema beach. It's a short walk to Arpoador and a couple of the more lively beach side restaurant/bars...but just far enough away from the denser crowds in the middle of the beach so that you're not bothered by any of it. The view from my room was panoramic and sensational. This hotel puts a premium on customer service - I had a phenomenal experience there.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location in Ipanema is absolutely perfect. We actually found Ipanema much nicer than Copacabana! The breakfast is extensive and definitely worth it. Make sure to visit GERO as well for a great dining experience. The concierge service works perfectly. Through the concierge, we also arranged a private guide, which turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rio. His name is Carlos from RioCooltours, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. A personalised tour with Carlos is a must when visiting Rio! The gym is spacious enough and offers plenty of options for a good workout. One small point worth mentioning is that the communal areas, particularly the corridors and elevators, are extremely dark. This may be part of the hotel’s design aesthetic, but we found it a little too dark. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Fasano and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio!

It is a boutique hotel, staff is super friendly, views from the room and pool are unbeatable. Food was good as well. Cons are the beach area is the beginning of Ipanema beach, not the safest and cleanest (I lived in Rio for 10 years). Price was a bit too high but they upgraded us to an amazing room, which was a way to feel you are getting more for your money.
