“The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this……

“ I had a great overall stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that the breakfast options were almost the same every day, which can get repetitive if you’re staying for a longer period like I did. “The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. ”

“El costo del hotel fue excesivo y aunque entiendo que era época de carnaval ni la habitación ni el servicio estaban a la altura, la habitación era muy pequeña sin casi espacios para almacenar el equipaje, los productos de aseo personal súper simples y sin fragancia, la vista fue terrible, no recomendaría ni volvería a hospedarme en este hotel, completamente decepcionante”

“The staff at the hotel were excellent. Kind and accommodating. The location was pretty much perfect as well. In fact we couldn't have asked for a better location! Turn left out of the doors and walk 10..Copocabana beach.. Turn right and walk the same.. Ipanema beach. Plenty of places to eat as well. The downfall was this. The bathroom seriously need renovations. Shower annd toilet area were very old and some mold as well. But the rest of the hotel room was fine Hallways could use an update as……

“Beautiful property, on Copacabana Beach and steps away from Ipanema, delicious food, fantastic drinks, great gym with sauna and massage facilities. Hard to beat. And we loved the Hammock in the room!!”
